  If I could give negative stars I would the absolute worst police department I have ever seen blatant lies as they proceed to put a family that has already been through trama through more. I however have had enough of just trying to live and being bullied and pushed around by a insecure emotionally damaged preteens dressed as adults who vow to only serve and protect their own venerability to having the insecure inner self exposed. I am not a criminal and I don't deserve to be treated like one.

  Arrested on December 11th, by Temecula PD thugs. They smashed in a downstairs window and woke me up; no warrant no pc, they didnt even know I wass there, until I responded to them. I was ordered out of my room, at gunpoint and arrested in my underwear. My property rights were an inconvenience to the property manager, Alan Magill, who didn't realize I was subletting, until my roommate abanded the property. Police told me they were arresting me for contempt of court, because I hadn't gotten the message from their previous ex parte eviction attempts and harassment. They said I could live out of my car, then confiscated it, to give my landlord for past due rent. I pointed out the contradiction and was told l"ots of veterans are homeless, so suck it up". I was perp walked naked through my neighborhood, then sat in the patrol car, until I got to see my landlord cut the locks on my garage to drive off in my car, with my entire private business startup inside. I was shackled to a bench for another 3 hours at the station and only offered sweats after checking into jail. They didn't find any firearms, after ransacking my room, so they hacked my computer at the orange county computer crime lab. They found nothing, so they used my medical history of PTSD as a combat veteran, for an excuse to place me on a 5150 hold and then turned over my property to Alan Magill. There is no law in Riverside County, so justice has to be sought another way. As a true patriot, I promise there will be justice; by whatever means necessary!

  Horrible Temecula police have a bad response rate along with bad attitudes! All they like to do is build up revenue for the city by ticketing anyone they can why the homeless are taking over old town!
