- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I started working with Bill and Mark Smith several years ago, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Both of them are always working away in the office, but are never too busy to quickly respond to any questions or concerns I may have. Bill has been a miracle worker with my taxes. I have a complicated tax situation and Bill was the first person to understand what was going on and confidently take control of the situation. He is able to do this without ever once making me feel bad or nervous about mistakes I may have made. Instead, he coached me on how to make improvements in the most positive and supportive way. I have recommend Smith Marion & Co to every single person I know that lives in the area, and will continue to do so. 10 out of 5 stars! p.s. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I love Smith Marion & Co. They have been so helpful in organizing my three businesses and corporation. They take stressful (to me) bookkeeping and taxes and make it easy on me. Their communication is always fast. I've never waited more than an hour for answers, and usually far less than 15 minutes!! They always treat me with the utmost respect and make me feel comfortable talking to them. I always get the explainations I need in plain English!! Mark is always ready to help, and Bill is a tax genius! Their staff is pleasant to work with, too. If you're looking for any bookkeeping or tax services, RUN don't walk to Smith Marion!!
